Oneway stands apart in service delivery in the competitive construction industry through our unique approach to effective quality management driven with our belief in building a reputation. We follow, and flag progresses, study and create KPIs to motivate employees to produce quality work in the shortest time frame.

Should we be successful in any tender submission, we nominate a site manager to act as our primary liaison between the builder and Oneway. Our site manager's duties will include being responsible for the day-to-day management of the Contract, keeping government abreast of KPIs, utilising our high project focused service, quality control, and maintenance programming to meet the needs of the builder.

We implement a proactive OH&S approach through our sites to create a safe and healthy working environment that will satisfy all project compliance requirements. Tool tagging is carried out monthly to ensure safe tools and equipment. We also maintain our Certificates of Currency to Public Liability Insurance to ensure the benefit of all staff.

Contract Management Team

Director Safet Jusufi and Sasa Levin have over 25 years of industry experience with many tiers one builders such as Probuild, Mirvac and Icon prior to setting up Oneway constructions. Accompanied by our management staff group, they develop a collaborative framework to ensure a transparent methodology for driving the work outcomes.

 -  Constant monitoring of our response times, to ensure execution of work order and variations within the shortest time

 -  Conduct weekly site meeting to facilitate information flow and work program planning

 -  Emergency including OH&S items are attended immediately after receiving notification, with the thing resolved in the shorted time frame

 -  Builders are kept informed as to the ongoing status of works and being notified in writing when the works are completed.
